For those of you who know me, you know I LOVE working out. I love the energy it gives me and how great my body feels after. So let me tell you now. Best way to relieve stress, ever!!! I went in to Title Boxing Club one day and I was just so upset and so angry. And when I walked out of there I was the happiest person on the planet. Being able to punch those bags and get a hard, great workout is such an amazing experience! It can turn your bad day into a good one!

Get out there and go work out! You won't regret it!




You can even sumo wrestle... Haha no I am just kidding even though that was ridiculously fun, probably not the best work out. 




My new favorite way to relieve stress is painting! 

One of my best friends Sabrina and I hung out about 4 months ago and she suggested we paint. I have never painted before, but it seemed fun enough so we did. I decided my sail boat sunset was a MASTERPIECE! 





So after these first 3 times painting with Sabrina, I took off on a role and now my whole wall is full!
I haven't felt so relaxed in a long time so I have kept painting through these last couple months and I absolutely love it! Whenever I am having a hard day I get out my canvases and paint and just let my mind go. Some paintings are a lot better than others, and I am not that good, but I love taking something completely white and adding life to it!. It is an amazing feeling when you are done!
